They are rude, snotty and have nothing better to do than stand there looking busy and making you wait even longer. They have a new guy there who is an absolute jerk. No customer service skills. I waited 20 mins to cash my check while standing inside waiting for the branch manager to finish her personal conversation. I will never EVER bank for Key bank again.
